Principal Claudia W.K. Liu served as the principal of a direct-subsidy primary and secondary school in Hong Kong. She holds a Doctorate in Education from Brittany University in France (to be completed in November 2024), a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership and Management from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from Hong Kong Baptist University, a Diploma in Education from Hong Kong Baptist University, as well as teaching qualifications from England and Scotland.
With nearly twenty years of experience in the education sector, Principal Liu has accumulated extensive teaching and administrative experience. She has held various positions, including Deputy Principal, Vice Principal for Academic Affairs, Director of International Education, and Director of Gifted Education. She focuses on strategic development, curriculum reform, and the holistic development of students, successfully promoting numerous school development plans and external partnerships.
Principal Liu also serves as a part-time lecturer at The Education University of Hong Kong and Hong Kong Baptist University, guiding future educators and assessing their teaching effectiveness. She possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills, adept at building partnerships with the community and driving school development strategies.
In addition to her work at school, Principal Liu acts as an international education consultant, a columnist for educational platforms, and an educational project advisor, particularly offering unique insights in the field of mathematics education. Many years ago, she published a junior secondary mathematics textbook that is widely adopted by schools and is still in use today. Furthermore, Principal Liu shares parenting insights on various parent platforms, drawing from her experiences as both a mother and a principal, demonstrating her deep understanding of the developmental needs of students from early childhood to university level, as well as the requirements of the education system.

Daniel Kwok graduated from The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 1982 with a Bachelor of Social Science degree, majoring in Economics. After graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Social Sciences with a major in Economics, Mr Kwok worked in a variety of jobs including finance, police, marketing and administration. He also studied at the Faculty of Education of the Chinese University of Hong Kong and was awarded a Diploma in Education in 1987.Since joining the Hong Kong Vocational Training Council in 1989 until 2017, he was promoted from frontline lecturer to Head of the Department of China Business and the Department of Business Administration. Since 2002, he has been the Director of a number of Hong Kong Colleges of Vocational Education (including Wong Hak Keng, Lee Wai Lee, Morrison Hill and Shatin), and has led the Department of Early Childhood Education and Social Services, which is the department that trains the largest number of kindergarten teachers in Hong Kong, and undertakes the training programme for in-service kindergarten teachers in relation to the Education Bureau and the Social Welfare Department in Hong Kong. He also leads the Department of Early Childhood Education and Social Services, which trains the largest number of kindergarten teachers in Hong Kong, and organises professional and continuing training for in-service kindergarten teachers of the Education Bureau and the Social Welfare Department. He also studied at the City University of Hong Kong and was awarded a Master of Business Administration in 1994. In 2017, he became the Director of the Hong Kong Institute of Finance and Management (HKIFM) and has been specialising in education and vocational training for more than 30 years, with a focus on institutional and programme management, education promotion and academic quality assurance.

In 1989, Mr. Shi began to work as a teacher in a secondary vocational school. He has successively served as teacher, academic director, secretary and principal in Dongguan Weiyuan Vocational High School, Dongguan Electrical and Mechanical Engineering School, Dongguan Textile and Garment School and other secondary vocational and technical schools. Mr. Shi is very familiar with the policies of secondary vocational schools in Dongguan and is familiar with the formulation of secondary vocational courses.

As a Chinese Canadian, Mr. Michael Wang has many years of overseas study and work experience, and is good at team communication and management under the background of Chinese and Western cultures. Many years of foreign living environment and 4 years of TOEFL reading teaching experience have also made Mr. Wang have high English attainments. In addition, Mr. Wang has strong background in science and engineering, solid foundation in mathematics and physics, and 10 years of front-line teaching experience in AP Calculus, AP Physics, A-level mathematics and advanced mathematics in a bilingual English environment.
Mr. Wang joined the education industry of international schools in 2015, and in the 2020-2021 application season, many students were admitted to the world's top 30 universities. Dr. Wong graduated from the University of New South Wales, Australia with a Bachelor of Science with First Class Honours in Mathematics and a Doctor of Pure Mathematics.
Dr. Wong worked as a full-time teaching assistant at the University of New South Wales in Australia in 1991-1992, mainly tutoring subjects such as linear algebra, calculus and discrete mathematics. After a period of working as a financial analyst, Dr. Wong continued to work in the education sector, serving as a teacher of the Hong Kong Mathematics Olympiad School from 2008 to 2015, where he had good communication skills with lower school students and trained many gold medalists in the Hong Kong Mathematics Olympiad. Since then, Dr. Wang has worked as a senior Research Assistant at the Education University of Hong Kong (2015-2018), Senior Research Assistant, Department of Mechanical Engineering, the University of Hong Kong, designing online open courses in Calculus and Differential Equations (2018-2020), Served as the course leader of mathematics at the Sino-American College of Zhuhai, Beijing Institute of Technology, and taught Calculus (I-III), linear Algebra and discrete Mathematics (2018-2021). Benjamin was schooled at King Edward VI Camp Hill grammar school before reading Philosophy at the University of Manchester. Returning to London in 2013, he worked for 10 years at the highly successful London Academy of Excellence as the Deputy Head (Pastoral and Co-Curricular), including a 6-month stint as Acting Headteacher. In 2020 Benjamin completed his National Professional Qualification for Headship (NPQH) and from 2018 to 2023 Benjamin was the Safeguarding Governor and Chair of the Curriculum and Standards Committee at Kingsford Community School, a Confucius Classroom School. In May 2024, he also serve as the Vice President of LightHouse education to support moral education boarding and teacher development.
Marion graduated from Royal Holloway College, University of London before her time at Merchiston Castle School in Edinburgh, where she stayed for forty years. Marion taught math and became the Head of Mathematics and finally Deputy Head of Academics.
Marion was responsible for all the MCS boys' university applications with many boys being offered places at Oxford or Cambridge. Her time at Merchiston was very happy, as her work has always been her passion.

Michael Shi was the Co-Founder and former Principal of the International Campus at Beijing No.4 High School. He holds a B.A. in History Education from Capital Normal University, and an Ed. M. in Leadership and School Development from Acadia University in Canada.
