Degree: Degree of Master, Northeastern University

From 1986 to 2001, Mr Lin served as the director and secretary of the Department of Mineral Processing, Gold College, Shenyang (Northeastern University); from 2002 to 2008, he was Deputy Director and Branch Secretary of Environmental Research Institute, Northeastern University; From 2009 to 2015, he was employed as assistant dean, adjunct professor and department head at Fuzhou University. From 2016 to 2021, he served as  Department head and branch secretary of Yantai Golden Vocational College; In 2022, he was hired as Deputy general manager of Liaoning Boshi Technology Co., LTD. In 1997, he was selected to study in Liaoning Provincial Party School of the Communist Party of China. From 2002 to 2012, he was appointed as an expert by Liaoning Provincial Department of Ecology and Environment for 10 years.
